Scope

This page is not a substitute for an app-specific privacy policy. A mobile app may collect different data than this website. Before any ONEIROM app is submitted to an app store, its code and third-party services must be inspected and a separate app policy must be published from this privacy hub.

Information collected

The ONEIROM website is a static company website. Server and hosting providers may process routine technical information such as IP address, user agent, request time, and error logs to deliver and secure the site.

For apps, the relevant app-specific policy must state whether the app collects account information, user-provided content, analytics, device or app diagnostics, files, identifiers, or other data. ONEIROM does not publish app-specific collection claims until the relevant code has been inspected.

Information users provide

If you contact ONEIROM through a published support channel, the message and contact details you provide may be used to respond to the request and maintain records of that conversation.

Analytics and diagnostics

Analytics, crash reporting, and diagnostics vary by product. If an app uses analytics or crash reporting, the app-specific policy and Google Play Data safety disclosure must name the relevant categories and providers.

Third-party services

ONEIROM may use hosting, app distribution, authentication, storage, analytics, crash reporting, or payment providers depending on the product. App-specific policies identify the services that are actually used by that app.

Data sharing

ONEIROM does not sell personal information based on any current code inspection. Data may be processed by service providers that operate the website or an app, or disclosed if required by law. Any app-specific sharing must be documented in that app's policy.

Data retention

Retention depends on the product and the data involved. App-specific policies must state whether account, local, uploaded, analytics, or diagnostic data is retained and how a user can request deletion when applicable.

Security

ONEIROM uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to each product. No website or app can be guaranteed completely secure, and this page does not claim a specific certification or encryption standard.

Children's privacy

ONEIROM products are not directed to children unless a specific app policy states otherwise. App store target audience and content rating answers must be completed from the reviewed app behavior, not from this general page.

User choices and account deletion

Where an app includes accounts, uploads, or cloud storage, the app-specific support page must explain how users can access, correct, export, or delete their data. If an app has no account system, the app policy should say so after code inspection.

Policy updates

This page may be updated as ONEIROM releases new products. App-specific policies should carry their own effective dates and be rechecked before every store submission.
